Our Online & App booking systems are available to guests who have completed Consultation at The Chapel and registered a valid payment mandate.

*Cancellation Policy

​

- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time.

​

- Amendments to an alternative time on the same day are permitted subject to availability. 

​

- Amendments to an alternative day after the notice period will be treated as a late cancellation; the session will the void. 

 

In the event of an emergency, in our absolute discretion, we will make every effort to help book a session in lieu of the late cancellation.
