Step 2 — Your Baseline Assessment

Before your first training session we establish exactly where you are physically. Your assessment includes medical-grade body composition analysis measuring muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat, body water and metabolic rate with clinical accuracy.

You receive a full written report within 24 hours. This becomes the foundation of your programme and the benchmark against which all future progress is measured.

Step 3 — Your Programme Begins

Your programme is built entirely around your assessment results, your goals and your schedule. Sessions are one-to-one with one of our expert trainers, by appointment only.
