Join our 4 week package designed to look at your joint ranges, flexibility and posture. Understand what is required to improve and sustain good posture. Work in this area requires a life long commitment to have a profound effect. Learn all you need to in order to make a positive change (This is not yoga or pilates based but a package designed to actively stretch you and introduce exercises to make changes in rest point posture.
