Complete your first marathon in just 4 months. Our training programme is designed to guide you through everything you need to complete your first marathon. Learn about heart rate thresholds, pacing, training gear, hydration and training apps. You'll be required to complete a solo run each week in addition to your training to help ensure you stay on track.
