Many parents approach us regarding safe training for their children or teenagers. We work collaboratively with parents of our young guests to ensure our guidance remains safe, supportive and informative at all times.


Very few facilities exist to help young people exercise and learn all about healthy and sustainable choices. Well aware of how impressionable young guests are and the misinformation over social media, we remain factual and measured in our guidance with a proven track record. Ranging from local guests to the Royal Ballet Upper School our team are here to help. 

The following are typical scenarios we encounter


  • weight-loss and self esteem 

  • performance for team or individual sport

  • technical help on safe weight-lifting and training

  • guidance on healthy eating and weight (loss & gain)

  • self-esteem and confidence boosting

  • exercise for those healthy relationship with exercise and food


All enquiries are welcome and we have assisted with some very complex cases over the years.


Your programme includes:

  • Initial Consultation (the content are entirely bespoke)

  • 8 Personal Training Sessions (this can be amended to suit)
