Booking Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes long and commence at the stated start time on the booking.

All sessions are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Long standing regular guests will be automatically scheduled at their preferred time, unless they advise otherwise.

- Cancellation notice is just 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time.

- Amendments to an alternative time on the same day are permitted subject to availability.

- Amendments to an alternative day after the notice period will be treated as a late cancellation and therefore charged.

In our absolute discretion, we will make every effort to help book a session in lieu of a late cancellation, subject to availability.
