Web-Site purchases may be refunded to the Customer in full within 14 days of the purchase date. This is on the basis that the purchased service has not commenced nor has an appointment been made and cancelled after the required notice period. (notification by 10am the day before a booking or for a Monday appointment by 10am on the preceeding Friday). After 14 days all Vouchers are non-refundable and the purchased service must be booked and completed within 1 year of the original purchase date.
